Position: Senior Manager, Campaign and Media Insights

Analytic Recruiting Inc. is in search of a Senior Manager specializing in Campaign, Media, and Email Analytics. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams and external partners to derive actionable insights from media performance across various therapeutic domains. You will engage with multiple departments to create data-driven analyses that enhance customer engagement throughout their journey. A passion for data and a keen interest in evaluating campaign effectiveness are essential. Excellent presentation skills and a knack for effective communication with marketing stakeholders are key attributes for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend customer segmentation strategies within marketing campaigns. Offer guidance on initiating, pausing, or continuing specific campaigns and media to align with the customer journey.
  • Provide innovative recommendations regarding media and campaigns, including analysis of content that drives the highest engagement on digital platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer characteristics to generate valuable insights that inform business strategies.
  • Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving abilities, capable of swiftly scoping and delivering on analytical requests while iteratively refining solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Web teams on paid media data projects and Power BI reporting to enhance campaign insights. Oversee media testing and optimization efforts.
  • Possess extensive experience in developing and refining customer segmentation frameworks to offer strategic recommendations for designing CRM initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all list purchases.
  • Monitor lead generation from various sources to ensure accurate data flow into internal databases.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing insights for pharmaceutical organizations regarding media and email optimization and analytics.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with a proven ability to evaluate the business outcomes of marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in Email and Media analytics, particularly with healthcare professional data.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to extract insights and formulate recommendations from data.
  • Robust analytical and quantitative skills, including familiarity with advanced statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience with data warehouse mining/reporting and data manipulation tools such as SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficient in synthesizing large volumes of information and structuring reports logically.
  • Strong skills in Excel modeling.
