Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members
- Develop and implement performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Ensure great hiring, training, and retention practices
- Manage cash and food controls
- Run the store as if it were your own business with an eye to the bottom line
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice management
- Serve Safe Certification (training may be provided to the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
- Ability to hire, schedule, and train Team Members
