**Salary**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly qualified Elementary Education Specialist to join our team at King Open School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for students in Grade 3. This includes developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners, collaborating with colleagues to promote a culture of equity and inclusion, and working with special needs staff to integrate students with special needs into the regular classroom.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Elementary Education or a related field
  • Experience working in an urban educational setting, with a strong track record of working with students, colleagues, and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous training and experience with CKLA and Illustrative Math is preferred
  • Massachusetts certification in Elementary Education is required
