Digital Communications Specialist

Role Overview
The Digital Communications Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing automation platforms, a deep understanding of customer data, and a passion for creating personalized customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with marketing campaign managers to create email content that resonates with our target audience
- Develop and maintain automated email journeys to nurture and engage customers
- Partner with the data team to define email list segmentation and optimize campaign performance
- Provide email best practices and propose test strategies for new campaigns
Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience working with email marketing automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, and SQL and/or Snowflake
- Experience creating and managing email campaigns that utilize customer data
- Strong project management, attention-to-detail, and organizational skills
