Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers with at least 7+ years of IT experience and Pharmacy Benefit Management or Healthcare domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with business, technology, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  2. Provide business and technical expertise to drive effective planning and management of all workstreams.
  3. Integrate plans, deliver business outcomes, and advocate the project management discipline throughout the organization.
  4. Manage project finances, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs in accordance with the Prime Project Lifecycle methodology.
  5. Diagnose and address business and technical issues/risks to facilitate and drive business and technical resources towards resolution or mitigation plans.
  6. Promote a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, critical path, and financials to align project stakeholders and team members.
  7. Interface with all areas impacted by the project, including governance, business, and IT leadership, stakeholders, distributors, vendors, and clients, to ensure all business objectives are successfully delivered.
  8. Resolve internal and external team conflicts to ensure alignment to project objectives and adherence to project schedule and budget.
  9. Provide informal coaching to project teams and stakeholders.
  10. Support PM Practice development and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
Desired Experience:

At least 5+ years of PM experience in the PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) industry or healthcare industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time, as well as strong leadership and mentoring skills, are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods is also required. Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods is essential. Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc., is also necessary.
