Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Risk Manager to join our team at Stamford Health. This role involves identifying and mitigating risks associated with infection prevention and control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on infection-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address infection-related risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize infection-related risks.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the State of Connecticut with a minimum BSN degree.
  • Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) or willingness to attain certification within five years of hire.
  • Three years of experience in an acute care hospital.
  • Experience in Infection Prevention and Control or willingness to be trained.
  • Awareness or experience with NHSN data reporting and analysis.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year.About Us:
