Military Program Recruiter Onsite Specialist

Ryder System is seeking a skilled Military Program Recruiter Onsite to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding contractors to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Administer external and internal recruitment processes to ensure timely and effective contractor hiring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
- Monitor market conditions and provide recruitment updates to the management team.
- Meet customer satisfaction objectives by recruiting contractors for assigned accounts.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
