Overview:
Premier Commercial Plumbing is a reputable company in Charlotte, NC, offering commercial plumbing services to clients. We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads
• Offer customized solutions to clients based on their plumbing needs
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, addressing their specific requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Exceed sales targets and objectives while consistently monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in Commercial Property Service Sales or a related industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of property management systems and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite, email, and laptop/tablet
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering exceptional service
