About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Representative at Weichert Realtors Emerald Properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for listing and selling residential and commercial properties, negotiating purchase agreements, and providing exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000, based on experience and performance.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market and Sell Properties: The sales representative will be responsible for marketing and selling properties to potential buyers, negotiating purchase agreements, and closing deals.
  • Negotiate Purchase Agreements: The successful candidate will work closely with clients to negotiate the terms of purchase agreements and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Host Open Houses and Events: To attract potential buyers and promote properties, the sales representative will host open houses and other events, such as client appreciation nights.
  • Conduct Market Research: To determine property value, the sales representative will conduct market research and provide detailed analysis to clients.
  • Provide Client Support: The sales representative will educate clients on basic real estate procedures, ensuring they make informed decisions throughout the buying or selling process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Background in Real Estate: A background in real estate, property management, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Contract Knowledge: The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of real estate contracts and leases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and closing deals.
  • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients is critical to success in this role.
