Senior Technical Product Manager

Relyance AI is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarize yourself with customer workflows, pain points, and objectives to craft exceptional product requirements and manage product roadmaps and OKRs.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure the right products are prioritized, built, shipped, marketed, and adopted.
- Interface and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to communicate the vision, end goal, and help ship products to market.
- Craft and measure quantitative metrics and KPIs to determine delivered value, product usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews and help audit existing processes to assess project and process efficacy.
- 5+ years of product management, product development, or prior experiences in strong product management functions that have involved building and shipping products to market.
- Experience with the PM tech stack (e.g., JIRA, Figma, Productboard, Aha, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.) and product testing tools.
- Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
- SaaS experience, technical fluency, and an ability to understand modern software systems (microservices, APIs, client-server architecture, etc.) to help drive strategic and technical discussions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating product requirements, customer challenges, and GTM messaging.
- Experience with data privacy regulations (like GDPR, CPRA, etc.), security practices, and frameworks, or data governance.
- Experience with security practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST, etc.)
- Experience or practical understanding of DSPM/CSPM platforms.
- Experience with Python, Java, Go, or Ruby, or Machine Learning or AI.
