Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance: Review and analyze the department's financial performance on a weekly basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  • Departmental Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on departmental performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling and Dispatch: Work closely with our dispatch team to ensure that all jobs are scheduled and completed efficiently, with all necessary parts confirmed for the day's tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in performing and processing inventory counts, ensuring that our stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Field Support: Provide technical support to our HVAC technicians, assisting with diagnostic, software-related, and procedural issues.
  • Customer Service: Address customer concerns and needs in a professional and timely manner, either by phone or on-site.
Requirements
  • Expert-Level Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
