The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of cultural resources reports, senior review, and coordination of fieldwork for various programs, including archaeological survey, testing, evaluation, and construction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide senior review of cultural resources reports.
  • Coordinate fieldwork and compliance documents for various programs.
  • Manage tasks and projects according to approved scopes of work, delivering quality reports on schedule and within budget.
  • Contribute to and lead business development activities, including proposals for clients, pre-qualifications, and relationship building with clients and prospective clients.
  • Interact and interface with clients and environmental regulators.
  • Participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) Policies, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines in the execution of all work.
Requirements
  • Proficient in and consistently demonstrates and promotes policies and procedures for HSSE, including client-specific training (if applicable).
  • Strong skills in technical writing.
  • Familiar with utilities Risk Assessments and risk matrix.
  • Skilled in communications and technical information exchange with clients, engineers and scientists, government regulators and agencies, and academia, as well as non-technical communication to the public.
  • Disciplined approach to project execution and technical excellence.
  • Ability to provide written and verbal direction on project delivery.
  • Shows leadership in striving to continuously improve technical performance.
  • Ability to convey safety information to field staff.
  • Experience with client-based utilities systems such as MapGuide and Salesforce, amongst others is a plus.
  • Drives collaborative efforts within the region and beyond to deliver consistent, high-quality and appropriately scoped technical work.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education (e.g., advanced degree) and experience preferred.
