Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Banking Assistant to join our team at Pinnacle Bank / Bank of Colorado. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process deposits, cash checks, and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Execute operational tasks, including vault operations, cash orders, and ATM settlements, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Open and close deposit accounts, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies
  • Achieve sales targets by educating customers on available banking products and services
  • Provide various customer service activities, including phone support, account maintenance, and check processing
  • Assist with consumer loan applications and teller line scheduling
  • Complete any other duties as assigned by management, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in all transactions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and other banking equipment, with a strong understanding of banking products, regulations, and procedures
