Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. As an ideal candidate, you will manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for senior staff members.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • File Organization and Maintenance: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Project Support: Support project management efforts and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $27/hour, based on industry standards and location. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
