Are you an exceptional administrative professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Professional to join our team at CBRE.

As an Executive Support Professional, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documents: Handle correspondence from start to finish, including letters, memos, requests, and proposals/contracts. Collect accurate documents required for task completion.
  • Coordinating tasks: Work with other Core Valuation & Advisory Services teams to ensure contacts are inputted into the Tops2 VAS platform.
  • Travel arrangements: Book air, hotel, and car travel as needed using our internal platform (NEO).
  • Expense reports: Input expense reports into the proprietary database system (Tops2) and approve expenses, ensuring proper coding.
  • Filing: File correspondence and other records electronically in various locations depending on file type.
  • Mailing: Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail as needed.
  • Backup support: Provide back-up support to other members of the appraisal department's office manager and/or other staff members as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe software (Acrobat Pro)
  • The ability to type 55 WPM with accuracy

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
