Job Overview

Responsibilities

As an Executive Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders and management teams
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
