Position Overview:
The role of the Restaurant Operations Manager is crucial for ensuring a profitable establishment while upholding McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

These expectations are significant, making this a vital position. The Restaurant Operations Manager collaborates with leadership to establish the restaurant's objectives and formulates a strategy to achieve them.

To reach these goals, the Restaurant Operations Manager leads a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas within the restaurant. This includes assisting Department Managers in setting their own targets, monitoring their progress, and providing guidance to enhance their departments.

By fostering improvement within the departments, the overall performance of the restaurant is elevated.

The Restaurant Operations Manager may also take charge of recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a capable team is in place for future success.

Ideal candidates should possess prior experience as a Restaurant Operations Manager in high-volume settings. A background in quick-service restaurants is highly preferred, along with experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
