Job Overview

Polo Restaurant Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
