Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Wyndy LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient transportation services to schools near 38834.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Scheduling: Oversee daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of students.
  • Collaboration with School Administrators: Work closely with school administrators to address student transportation needs and ensure compliance with state and district transportation policies and regulations.
  • Fleet Management: Coordinate and supervise school bus drivers and monitors, as well as monitor fleet maintenance and repair activities.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve transportation-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to students and staff.
  • Community Relations: Foster positive relationships with parents and community stakeholders, maintaining open communication and addressing concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate transportation records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
