ISM SPA is a leading provider of luxury spa services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce high standards of massage and facility quality
  • Perform administrative duties, including inventory management, for a minimum of 1 hour per week
  • Ensure timely arrival for services and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Provide exceptional massage and body treatments, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Be flexible with scheduling and adapt to changing needs
  • Promote home care and wellness services to guests
  • Uphold sanitation standards, as directed by state regulations and spa policies
  • Clean and restock rooms as required
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and in accordance with facility policies
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding staff and guest matters
  • Care for equipment and use products responsibly
  • Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness
  • Hold a current and active state license

Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 5 pounds and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights
  • Must have reliable transportation

Requirements

  • Current and active D.C. license
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
