Key Responsibilities:
A Physical Therapist is responsible for designing and implementing rehabilitation programs aimed at helping patients regain their physical capabilities following injuries or surgeries. Additionally, you will assist in alleviating pain for those suffering from chronic conditions or terminal illnesses. Your expertise will involve a combination of physical exercises, reflexology, massage, and manual therapy techniques. Collaboration with speech and occupational therapists will be essential to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Position Details:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $12,000

Qualifications:
  • Current Washington State Physical Therapy License; BLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Experience:
Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and Epic is highly desirable. Strong documentation skills, excellent verbal communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care are essential. You should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care tailored to the specific needs of patients.
