Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our management team, the Retail Sales Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and engaging in the merchandising and organization of the sales floor to maximize customer service and sales.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing sales and inventory operations
  • Training, mentoring, and developing team members through exemplary leadership
  • Providing comprehensive product knowledge and ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Accurately processing transactions and maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Ensuring proper display and signage of advertised merchandise

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for the Retail Sales Team Leader position should possess the ability to inspire a retail sales team to engage customers, drive sales, and deliver outstanding service.

Additional qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in retail sales management
  • Strong background in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and utilize computer systems and point-of-sale technology
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
