Job Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Build customer confidence, provide accurate information, and promote products through point of successful sale.
- Merchandise Management: Maintain the appearance of the selling floor, process and maintain stock, and assist in receiving, folding, straightening, and replenishing merchandise.
- Marketing and Sales: Perform marketing activities such as opening new Boscov's charge accounts to achieve goals set by the company.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Experience: Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred.
- Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency with basic math skills, and ability to learn selling skills and operate a POS register and telxon.
- Availability: Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.
- Compensation: Starting rate of $15.25 per hour.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, paid vacations and personal days, liberal employee discounts, and opportunity for advancement.
