Regional Survey Manager

Cannon Corp is seeking a highly experienced Regional Survey Manager to lead our surveying team in Southern California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects, developing business opportunities, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage survey projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our surveying services in the Southern California region.
  • Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in project management and business development.
  • Proven track record of managing technical teams and working effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Land Surveyor's Act, Subdivision Map Act, and applicable state and local regulations.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and survey field equipment.
