Regional Survey Manager

Cannon Corp is seeking a highly skilled Regional Survey Manager to lead our surveying team in Southern California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects, developing business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand our surveying services in the Southern California region.
- Collaborate with clients, office staff, and field crews to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct business development activities, including marketing and sales efforts, to secure new clients and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Manage and mentor a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our services.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in land surveying.
- PLS certification required.
- Proven track record of successful project management, business development, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software and survey field equipment.
- Active California Driver's license with a clear driving record and proof of valid auto insurance.
