Regional Survey Manager Job Summary

Cannon Corp is seeking a highly skilled Regional Survey Manager to lead our surveying team in Southern California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects, developing business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand our surveying services in Southern California.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, perform fieldwork, and analyze data to ensure accurate survey results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in project management and business development.
  • PLS certification and a solid understanding of surveying principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software and survey field equipment, with a strong understanding of geospatial technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
