At Rand Construction, we're committed to creating award-winning projects for our clients. As a Project Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our team's success. Under the supervision of the Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer, you'll perform essential project management tasks such as updating project schedules, processing submittals and RFIs, assisting with the subcontractor procurement process, coordination, project delivery, and close out.

What You'll Do:
  • Update project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Process submittals and RFIs, and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Assist with the procurement process and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate project delivery and close out, ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new technology utilized in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
