Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including setting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely financial tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee the permitting process, ensuring all necessary legal and regulatory approvals are in place.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including budget updates, progress assessments, and final project reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
