We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Concierge team at Santana Row as a Customer Service Representative. This role will provide exceptional customer service to residents, merchants, and customers, while promoting and selling Santana Row gift cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and resources to guests, answer questions, and give directions
  • Perform services requested, including reservations for dining, entertainment, and gift ideas
  • Promote and sell Santana Row gift cards
  • Establish relationships with retailers, restaurants, hotels, and businesses within the community
  • Prepare end-of-day reports as directed by the Concierge Manager
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Santana Row services, amenities, facilities, and stores
  • Conduct all service functions of the Customer Service Center
  • Operate all equipment at the Customer Service location
  • Offer on-call service to retailers with gift card issues
  • Assist the marketing department with implementation and execution of marketing programs and special events
  • Assist the operations team with operational tasks as requested

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines, and remaining professional at all times
  • Proactively seek opportunities to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive, approachable, and solution-focused
  • Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
