This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to designated departments at the Store Support Center (SSC). The successful candidate will partner with department leaders and senior executives to drive business results and improve HR metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement people strategies and programs aligned with the company's mission and values.
- Provide guidance and support to department managers on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Facilitate talent management reviews and initiatives, including performance management and succession planning.
- Consult with team members and department managers on a wide range of HR-related issues, including training needs, policy interpretations, and conflict management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Act as a change agent to drive business results and improve HR metrics.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience as a business partner to department managers and senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- SHRM designation preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with team members from all areas of the organization.
- Experience leading and providing guidance and feedback to direct reports.
