Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Partner to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all orders efficiently and accurately, including special instructions and in line with policies/procedures.
  • Advise customers of any changes or impact on their expectations of what they will receive and when.
  • Run and follow up on Day-In-The-Life reports to ensure the order-to-payment process is fulfilled.
  • Promote and expand the sales of our products through up-selling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a Customer Service function preferred.
  • Accurate keyboarding skills.
  • High-speed internet access for work-from-home capabilities when permitted.
