Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Leader Trainee

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leadership and customer service to join our team as an Assistant Store Leader Trainee at 7-Eleven. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our store employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Leader in overseeing store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching and training to store employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and promote the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Valid driver's license from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
