Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with pharmacists to provide quality patient care and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Sort and prepare medications for dispensing.
- Create labels and manage inventory.
- Review medication side effects and provide information to customers.
- Greet and assist customers with purchases.
- Operate drive-thru windows and process transactions.
- Deliver vaccinations after completing additional training.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pharmacy technician certification (obtained prior to starting technician duties and training).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a computer for day-to-day tasks.
- Basic math skills for counting medications.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
