Job Title: Global Account Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Account Manager to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing global teams and ensuring the delivery of contracted services and SLAs related to End User Computing Management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage contracted services and SLAs related to all EUC teams, including Deskside Support and AVD Operations
* Build strong relationships with clients to address problems and identify opportunities for increasing client satisfaction
* Manage delivery teams to performance management goals, ensuring efficient and effective operations
* Maintain and develop rigorous reporting systems and culture within the team and to the Executive Team

Required Skills:

* Experience in Desktop EUC environment using Windows (7,10) and MacOS
* Experience in troubleshooting and administering Office 365, SCCM Server/Client, and AVD Operations
* Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
* Ability to create wow/delight moments with customers
* Strong negotiation skills, a good level of business awareness, and commercial acumen with solid understanding of financial terminology
