Position Overview:
This role operates on a commission-only basis, yet we provide an abundance of leads to ensure your success. Our agency is committed to your professional development through ongoing training, mentoring, and coaching.
You will also benefit from comprehensive administrative and marketing support, allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and analyze maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and relevant data.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify necessary repairs that may influence purchase or sale negotiations.
- Research the local real estate market and provide clients with essential information to aid in their decision-making process.
- Evaluate properties using local market comparisons to ensure clients receive fair market valuations.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and independent worker.
- Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry practices and leasing terminology.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Compensation: $80,000 - $225,000 annually.
