McWane Plant & Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing our customer experience strategy, ensuring seamless interactions with our customers, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with our business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Lead the Inside Sales and Project Management teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of inside sales/customer service experience in the commercial/industrial manufacturing industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a customer service team
- Effective communication and people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
- 2 years of experience in the commercial/industrial manufacturing industry
- Six Sigma / Greenbelt certification
