Job Summary

As a Sales Representative - Customer Experience Expert at AT&T, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing customized solutions and services to our customers. You will work independently in the field, meeting with potential customers daily to introduce the latest technology and services, and closing deals by offering hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential customers daily to introduce AT&T services and solutions
  • Provide hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to customers
  • Work independently in the field, using strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals

Requirements

  • Some prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, as a company car will be provided
  • Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
