Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Program Manager to join our Business Technology team. This position is pivotal in steering cross-functional strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance user experience on our platform.
  • Analyze data to improve site performance.
  • Lead the execution of enterprise-level Go-To-Market strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and transition across teams.
  • Manage key program activities, addressing risks and challenges to meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, effectively communicating project insights and updates.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to track operational metrics and project status.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and scrum masters to foster professional growth.
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement enhancements.
  • Maintain alignment with leadership on PMO strategy, budget, and project risks.

About You:
Essential Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on planning, risk management, and reporting.
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing enterprise-level Go-To-Market integration programs, particularly in CRM/Salesforce environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce accreditation, PMP, or Scaled Agile.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in delivering significant projects, demonstrating expertise in process development and execution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM/Salesforce, Gsuite, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in change management and strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational boundaries and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in high-pressure situations.
