Role Responsibilities

The DT PMO team is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee critical initiatives within ServiceNow's Digital Technology group. This role is essential for driving enterprise-level projects that leverage cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead the agile delivery of epics and features across multiple products in a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate with senior technical and non-technical professionals to drive product development towards successful outcomes.
  • Manage several scrum teams, applying Agile principles and methodologies effectively.
  • Support communication and change management efforts to enhance product adoption and gather feedback post-release.
  • Plan and facilitate product planning sessions, including release schedules and capacity assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive program execution roadmaps, managing all aspects of execution, including interdependencies and progress tracking.
  • Create clear and thorough documentation to support program reviews and decision-making at the Steering Committee level.
  • Engage with all business and DT functions impacted by the program, including internal and external partners.
  • Coach teams to adopt a product-focused mindset that aligns with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Implement best practices throughout the program lifecycle to ensure successful business outcomes and benefits realization.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Over 10 years of program management experience.
  • Proven experience in implementing enterprise-level business support applications.
  • Familiarity with Go-To-Market systems (Sales, Marketing, and Channel) is advantageous.
  • Ability to guide senior professionals in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience managing multiple scrum teams with a focus on scrum of scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile principles, including Lean design and iterative feedback loops.
  • Experience leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering technical solutions.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform and technologies is a significant advantage.
