We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations at HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and customers
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food service
- Collaborate with registered dietitians and other healthcare professionals to create menus that meet specific dietary needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies
- Manage forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, ordering, production, planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance
- Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program plus 5+ years experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms
- A passion for food, a desire to grow, and a work ethic that supports both
- Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
