The ideal candidate will possess over three years of experience in product strategy, with a minimum of one year dedicated to mobile platforms, and a robust emphasis on data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the needs and preferences of users in all initiatives.
  • Manage the ongoing operations and iterative enhancements of the mobile application.
  • Collaborate with design and technology teams, articulating product goals and overseeing the project backlog.
  • Create essential product documentation (vision statements, project outlines, etc.).
  • Leverage data insights for product innovation and monitor success indicators (KPIs related to user engagement, satisfaction, etc.).
  • Engage with stakeholders to align on project scope and expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communication across various departments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years in product strategy, with at least one year in the digital/mobile sector.
  • Experience overseeing live operations for mobile applications or similar products utilized continuously by users.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate technical, user, and business challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results through teamwork.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to implementing ideas.
  • Leadership experience across diverse teams, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
  • Willingness to work in-office a couple of days each week.
  • Capability to travel frequently to assess app performance and other product requirements.
  • Experience in mobile gaming and/or interactive experiences (AR, MR, physical/digital, gameplay) for at least one year.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced studies in project management, data analysis, or related disciplines.
