Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to join our Social, Digital, and 360 team with a background in entertainment and brands. As our Art Director, you will be responsible for crafting engaging visual stories, providing conceptualization for impactful visual experiences, and delivering exceptional creative solutions through exceptional design, motion graphics, and creative strategy.

This position involves close collaboration with the Creative Director to ensure a high creative standard while playing a critical role in client-facing discussions through every phase of our integrated marketing campaigns, contributing to the overall success and innovation within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development: Lead the creative process for design, working with strategists and copywriters to drive the initial concepts and visual development of each project.
  • Design Leadership: Champion new ideas, challenge perspectives, and promote team contributions. Provide an elevated design sensibility with the ability to execute a complete campaign visual aesthetic.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the creative team, effectively communicating client feedback and ensuring smooth production workflows across multiple projects.
  • Creative Production: Unify the creative and production processes around quality and efficiency. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, multimedia design, motion design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of agency experience, with a focus on social and digital marketing.
  • 2+ years experience managing a creative team.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns and client relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of animation, compositing, and production within After Effects.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics for entertainment and brand.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Motion design and 3D software experience are a plus.
  • Experience with community management and engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Frame, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with social and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Current understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies including AR, VR, AI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
