About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Chief Medical Officer/Provider to join our team at NATIVE Project. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to our patients while also overseeing the medical practice and ensuring high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive, culturally competent physician care in a family medicine/community health center environment.
  • Oversee and ensure high standards of medical practice within the clinic.
  • Participate in the training and development of our medical team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop clinic protocols and formulary.
  • Provide leadership in maintaining comprehensive healthcare delivery systems.
  • Support the Patient Centered Medical Model (NCQA) of patient care in our clinic, including integrated medical, behavioral health and prevention services.
  • Engage in strategic planning and policy development with the agency administrative management team to implement quality, comprehensive patient care services.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Medicine and Residency Program.
  • Current licensure to practice in the State of Washington.
  • Board eligibility in the respective specialty (Board certification is a plus).
  • Previous experience in community health settings and working with diverse populations is preferred.
