Job Title: Sales Specialist

Phusion Projects is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in the Long Island area, focusing on 7-Eleven convenience store locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with wholesalers to execute sales and promotional programs.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales reps to ensure focus on the Phusion portfolio at accounts.
  • Leverage selling resources to support accounts, including programming execution, sampling, and POS.
  • Partner with internal Phusion team to ensure alignment and execution at accounts.
  • Fiscally responsible for maintaining assigned budgets.
  • Ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market.
  • Build relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Attend promotional events to generate new sales leads.
  • Educate external partners on product updates, changes, and launches.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.
