Front Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department, including ensuring service standards are followed and providing managerial support for Reception, Royal Service, Fairmont Gold, and Guest Services.
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office colleagues in accordance with productivity guidelines.
- Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operation.
- Train supervisors and fulfill training roles in the absence of the trainer.
- Assist guests with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.

- Possession of a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum of 1 year previous proven supervisory experience.
- Ability to handle a multitude of tasks and guest requests.
- Knowledge of MicrosFidelio Property Management System is an asset.
- Should possess or seek certification in basic first aid.
- Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Experience with a Hotel loyalty program is an asset.
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
No remote work is available for this position.
