Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Host to join our team at HYATT Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner
- Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process forms of payment and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS or similar software
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work a flexible schedule
