Dental Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Blunn Creek Family Dentistry. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and schedule appointments
- Manage phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide general information about our practice
- Assist with social media management, taking photos and creating engaging content to promote our office
- Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction
- Professional attitude and appearance, with a solid understanding of dental terminology
- Ability to work with Open Dental software, PPO insurances, and Medicaid
- Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
This is a full-time position, working 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. You will be working in a fast-paced dental office environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
