Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Process night audit reports, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise hotel staff, ensuring they are providing excellent service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Prepare reports and communications for the Hotel Executive Committee on night issues and other pertinent information.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor/ Front Desk Agent or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera Property Management Systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
