We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor/ Front Desk Agent to join our team at NY HOTEL MANAGEMENT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Process night audit reports, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise hotel staff, ensuring they are providing excellent service and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Prepare reports and communications for the Hotel Executive Committee on night issues and other pertinent information.
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor/ Front Desk Agent or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management Systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
