Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our solar energy projects in eastern Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the execution of assigned solar construction projects to meet client objectives
  • Maintain and implement a system of quality control and check on all projects assigned
  • Take a proactive approach to safety management and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Provide construction resources to engineering during detail engineering and participate in design/estimate reviews
  • Develop and review baseline project schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent technical degree/experience
  • 5+ years of work experience with at least 3 years of experience as an EPC project manager, site construction manager, general superintendent, or craft superintendent on utilities/solar construction projects
  • Unquestioned business and personal integrity
