Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager able to lead key processes from design thru complete production of custom tools, molds, patterns, and componentry with specialized, tight tolerances; for the aerospace/aircraft, automotive, agricultural, construction, heavy truck, lawn and garden, marine, rail, and recreational industries.

Our products are sold to Original Equipment Manufacturers as well as their suppliers and sub-suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality products, on-time, and under budget while maintaining proven processes and procedures that provide customers with "First Shot Success".
  • Work closely with Customers, Sales Engineers, and Product Realization Teams to develop plans, analyze, and evaluate data to ensure proven results.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in tool building with a solid understanding of requirements for the casting industry.
  • Able to evaluate 3D designs for parts, complete molds, dies, patterns and core boxes using software such as: SolidWorks, CREO, NX, CATIA.
  • Strong communication skills for negotiating and coordinating purchases, external processes, and services to ensure customer projects are delivered with high quality, on-time, and within budget.
